Augi, Travin & Jason De Hoedt 

Back by popular demand, we are so excited to have the wonderful trio from The Fold cooking a super special menu for our Harvest Bites community. 

Head Chef Augi De Hoedt has 35 years of experience of cooking, including ten years as the Culinary Director at Sri Lanka's Cinnamon Grand hotel. Augi's sons Travin and Jason (both Franca Brasserie) will be helping their father with the menu and are in charge of the *Extra.


We are so honoured to have Chef Augi sharing a secret family recipe that has been passed on for generations. Lamprais is a traditional Sri Lankan dish that was introduced by the Dutch Burgher community. It is a complex dish that consists of master stock cooked short-grained rice with chicken curry, wambatu moju (eggplant pickle), seeni sambol (onion relish), blanchan (shrimp paste), fish frikadeller wrapped in a banana leaf.

Our hospitality partners and OzHarvest Ambassador Chefs will prepare your meals, with quality produce sourced from small-scale growers, suppliers and producers directly supporting our local food industry. 

3. Delivered to your door

On delivery day, a delicious meal will be delivered* to your door with profits directly supporting OzHarvest's work in food relief to help feed people in need. *Delivering to limited postcodes in Sydney only
