 Hailing from Canada, the camera shy Jeff Lusis has been a member of the Poly and Ester kitchen team since 2017. He is on the pans cooking up a feast that pays homage to his Canadian roots with an Ester flair. Like all things that come out of the Ester kitchen, we are sure you will be delighted by what's to come!
