The ever-so wonderful Elizabeth Hewson is in our OzHarvest kitchen for a special Harvest Bites collaboration.

Lizzie found solace through flour and water and the humble act of making pasta every Saturday night which fast became a practice of self-care that is both meditative and deliciously rewarding. 

Menu 

 

A heart-warming chicken Cacciatore with spinach & basil pappardelle served with a radicchio, fennel and orange salad. Finish off with a delicious dessert of sticky date and ginger beer pudding with salted butterscotch sauce.

Vegetarian Menu
