The trio behind The Fold have been serving up the family's take on Sri Lankan food to Dulwich Hill locals since 2020.
We are excited to be sharing their special menu that will tantalise the taste buds and transport you to a place like no other!
Head Chef Augi De Hoedt has 35 years of experience in the industry, including ten years as the Culinary Director at Sri Lanka's Cinnamon Grand hotel. Augi's sons Travin and Jason (both Franca Brasserie) are in charge of the dessert menu alongside Travin's fiancée Saaya Takahashi (Sixpenny).

Cooked in a Cumin & turmeric coconut cream
served with Steamed Basmati Rice with Roasted Raisins & Fried Onion and a side of Lankan salad Dutch cucumber, Roma tomato, Spanish onion & pickled chilli salad
Free Range Egg Curry
Sri Lankan style egg curry, simmered in exotic spices & coconut milk
