The fabulous Mark Jensen of the famed Red Lantern restaurant is preparing a vibrant Vietnamese inspired menu that is fresh and full of vitality.
Menu:
Bo Kho - A rich and fragrant Vietnamese slow-cooked beef stew. Served with turmeric rice and Goi, a traditional Vietnamese "slaw" of shaved cabbage, fried shallots and peanuts. Finish off with banana and condensed milk cake with palm sugar sauce.
*Extra: Hearty noodle consommé with seasonal vegetables
Vegetarian menu:
