 Hailing from Milan, Italy, Erik Ortolani is the newly appointed head chef of this Izakaya inspired Potts Point institution. Working alongside Group Head Chef Max Smith, Erik is sure to put together a menu that will be both simple and electrifying on the palate!

Koji roasted chicken served on koshikari rice with spicy miso eggplants, tsukemono, and a side of spinach salad with roasted sesame dressing
