We are proud to share a preview of the incredible food that will be served at the Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney, opening in October 2021.
Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney is an Australian-first, social impact collaboration between OzHarvest and Massimo Bottura's organisation Food for Soul, born out of a shared vision to nurture the well-being of people and the health of the planet. During the day, nutritious and welcoming meals will be served to the vulnerable community, with special events at night offering a fine dining experience for our supporters.

Head Chef Jez Wick and team are passionate about creating delicious, zero-waste vegetarian dishes that deliver an unforgettable taste experience. This special Harvest Bites preview brings the spirit of Refettorio OzHarvest into your home, with all proceeds donated to the Refettorio.
Dan Dan Ramen Noodles with sesame tahini and Jez’s chiu chow chilli sauce, braised shoyu mixed wild fungi loving, fermented BBQ corn ribs, served with kai lan sesame black garlic gorgeousness, black kale furikake and a fermented black bean ramen scotch egg with puffing crunch.
Finish with chocolate delice, macadamia and roasted wattleseed crunchy times, maple dates and davidson plum puree fun!
