We are delighted to be welcoming the wonderful Saaya to the Harvest Bites Kitchen to share a special menu that pays homage to her Japanese heritage. Her menu will consist of classic Japanese flavours and favourite home-style dishes she grew up eating, which are sure to warm your bellies and be a hit within your own household.
Starting her pastry journey 3 years ago, Japanese born Saaya Takahashi is currently a pastry chef at 3 hatted restaurant Sixpenny and at The Fold.
