We're so excited to the wonderful trio from The Fold cooking a super special menu for our Harvest Bites community.

Travin and Jason (both Franca Brasserie) will be cooking alongside their father and Head Chef, Augi De Hoedt who has 35 years of experience in the industry, including ten years as the Culinary Director at Sri Lanka's Cinnamon Grand hotel. 

The trio have been serving up the family's take on Sri Lankan food to Dulwich Hill locals since 2020. 

They'll be serving up two delicious, specialty Sri Lankan feasts:.  

Up Country Chicken Curry:

Free range chicken coconut milk gravy, house blend spice mix, rice, papadum, vegetables & condiments.

Devilled Beef and Potato:

Combination of heat and spices, tender beef tossed in spicy tomato gravy & aged coconut vinegar, rice, papadum, vegetables & condiments.

Now taking orders for Friday May 20.
Delivery will take place between 9am - 5pm. On the morning of delivery, you will receive an SMS confirmation of estimated delivery time, and an SMS 15-minutes prior to delivery.

One-off delivery price is ($15) or FREE pick up from Alexandria is available.

Our hospitality partners and OzHarvest Ambassador Chefs will prepare your meals, with quality produce sourced from small-scale growers, suppliers and producers directly supporting our local food industry. 

3. Delivered to your door

On delivery day, a delicious meal will be delivered* to your door with profits directly supporting OzHarvest's work in food relief to help feed people in need. *Delivering to limited postcodes in Sydney only
