These are our most frequently asked questions, although if there's anything we're missing please contact us.

Harvest Bites Monday Meals is a collaboration between OzHarvest and our Ambassador Chefs and hospitality partners.

Harvest Bites Marketplace allows consumers to buy restaurant-quality meals in support of our local hospitality industry, suppliers and growers with profits going directly to OzHarvest to help feed people in need.

Your meal will be pre-cooked and will need heating up only. Generally it would be ready in around 20-30 minutes – but don’t worry, we’ll include some handy instructions from the chef you can follow to make sure your meal is prepared just right!

Due to our small amount of resources and operations, we will only be delivering to select Sydney suburbs, please check below before placing your order.

Weekly meal deliveries will take place on the date of the products you have purchased, either Monday or Wednesday.

We will have a number of delivery vans out on the road, and our delivery times range between 8AM – 7PM, while we will attempt to deliver them as early as possible, due to high demand, please note you may receive your order as late as 7PM.

How will I know when my order will be delivered?

You will receive an SMS in the morning of your delivery date with an estimated 4 hour slot-time for delivery.

Another text will be shared when the driver is 15 minutes away.

In case of delays or changes, you will receive another SMS update with a revised timeslot for delivery!

Please advise in NOTES section, any specific access instructions, or unit numbers, or if you have an esky or special place to drop the meals please note. We cannot leave food unattended.

*A delivery fee may be charged if re-delivery is required.

Yes! If you don’t live within our delivery radius, you are able to pick up from our warehouse in Alexandria on Mondays, between 11-3pm. You will receive an email on the morning that your order is ready with details for collection.

When ordering, simply choose Store Pick Up as the option.

Profits from Harvest Bites go directly to OzHarvest, helping to deliver food relief and support the growing number of Australians suffering food insecurity.

Each purchase helps OzHarvest feed more people in need across Australia while supporting our restaurateurs during these challenging times.

Your Harvest Bites meal purchase, pantry, hamper or product purchase is not tax deductible, however if you have added a donation over $2 to your order, the entire donation amount is tax deductible.

Contract drivers will be delivering the meals to your door each Monday or Wednesday between 8am and 7pm. You will receive an email on the morning of the delivery to provide you with a 4 hour timeslot.

This ensures OzHarvest’s fleet of yellow vans stay on the road, delivering food to communities in need.

There will not be any disruption to OzHarvest’s food rescue and food relief operations.

All deliveries will be zero contact and we are a Covid Safe business and follow all Covid Government protocols.

There are a limited number of meals available weekly. We want to make sure that every Harvest Bites order is absolutely delicious, so we are focusing on the quality over quantity ethos. Our Ambassador chefs have chosen to make a limited number of meals to ensure every order is made with love and care and is overflowing with deliciousness! The number of meals available will vary week to week, with our website indicating when we are sold out.

For simplicity we are offering only 2 size options.

A Double Pack contains 2 serves. You can choose to enjoy it for dinner and have leftovers the following day! Or share it between two individuals.

A Family Pack contains 4 serves.

We have limited vegetarian options available every week. Our priority is to ensure we can make every customer experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, with a delicious meal at the end!

Our restaurant quality meals are made with love by some of Sydney’s finest chefs. Produce is personally selected by each head chef from small-scale suppliers, local growers and small businesses to support our friends in the industry. We take care in our selection of ingredients and produce ensuring we are supporting small businesses and local suppliers.

Harvest Bites allows our customers to enjoy beautiful food, delivered direct to your door, made by extraordinary chefs – while also allowing OzHarvest to deliver meals to people in need! Here’s a break down of the costs:

Individual/couple pack – $60

This pack contains two serves of the main meal and dessert. So you can share it with your partner or friend, or keep one for yourself to have later!

Family pack – $115

This pack contains four serves. Feed your family a delicious meal, or eat one and freeze the other three serves and eat them later!

Extras - $15 for a couple pack (2 serves) or $25 for a family pack (4 serves) OR alternative pricing for bespoke products made by chefs and local food businesses

Each week we will be including an extra specifically chosen by the chef that you can include with your meal. This could be bread, baked goods, or some delicious specialty products!

Delivery fee - $15
